The service life and maintainability depend on the thickness of the "wear layer" - the thicker it is, the more restorations can be carried out. 2. Parquet board. It is made by gluing several (most often three) multidirectional layers of wood for better stabilization. The top layer, also known as the front layer, is made of oak. Birch wood is used for the middle and bottom layers.
